Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the 200med mobile application ("App") or website (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who We Are

200med Health Technologies ("200med", "we", "us", "our") operates a healthcare marketplace connecting patients with independently-operated, licensed pharmacies, registered doctors, and diagnostic test labs. We are based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

200med is a technology platform, not a pharmacy, hospital, or medical practice. We do not sell, dispense, or manufacture medicines ourselves, and we do not employ the doctors who consult through the Platform. Each pharmacy, doctor, and test lab on the Platform operates under its own license and professional registration, independently of 200med.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm the information you provide (name, contact details, medical/business license numbers, etc.) is accurate and current.

4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, including partners who cannot substantiate the license/registration documents they submit.

5. Ordering Medicines

  • Medicine listings, prices, and stock are set and maintained by the individual partner pharmacy fulfilling your order, not by 200med.
  • Prescription medicines (marked "Rx Required" in the app) require you to upload a valid, legible prescription before the order can be placed. The fulfilling pharmacy verifies the prescription before dispensing โ€” an order will not be dispensed until this verification is complete.
  • We do not permit, and the Platform is built to prevent, sale of prescription medicines without a valid prescription.
  • Prices shown never exceed the printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP), in compliance with the Legal Metrology Act.
  • Payment: Cash on Delivery is the default payment method โ€” pay the delivery person or pharmacy directly at the time of delivery/collection. Where online payment (UPI/card) is offered on the Platform, it is processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway; your card/UPI details are collected by Razorpay directly and are never seen or stored by 200med. If online payment is unavailable, orders proceed as Cash on Delivery.
  • Returns & Refunds: Once dispensed, medicines generally cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a genuine defect, damage in transit, or an incorrect item delivered โ€” report such issues within 48 hours of delivery to vkvimal14@gmail.com for resolution.

6. Doctor Consultations (Telemedicine) & AI Doctor

  • Consultations are conducted by independently registered medical practitioners in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (issued under the National Medical Commission framework).
  • AI Doctor: The Platform also offers an automated, AI-based symptom-guidance tool. It is not a licensed medical practitioner, does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and its responses are general health information only. Always consult a registered doctor before acting on its output, and never use it in an emergency โ€” call 112 instead.
  • 200med is not a substitute for in-person emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately โ€” do not rely on a teleconsultation.
  • The doctor's advice, diagnosis, and any e-prescription issued are the doctor's own independent professional judgment. 200med is not responsible for the medical advice given during a consultation.
  • E-prescriptions issued during a consultation may be used to order medicines through the Platform, subject to the prescription verification process described above.

7. Diagnostic Test Bookings

  • Test labs listed on the Platform are independently licensed diagnostic facilities.
  • Sample collection, test processing, and report accuracy are the responsibility of the test lab you book with.
  • Test reports are made available to you in the app and, where applicable, to the doctor or lab that requested/processed them.

8. Delivery & First-Aid Partners

  • Delivery and first-aid ("Hero") partners are independent service providers, not employees of 200med.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on pharmacy processing time, distance, and local conditions.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false medical information, prescriptions, or license/registration documents.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to obtain controlled substances without a valid prescription.
  • Make any claims or market products/services guaranteeing a "100% cure" or "magical remedies" for diseases listed in the schedule of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
  • Interfere with the Platform's normal operation (e.g., automated scraping, reverse engineering).

10. Intellectual Property

The 200med name, logo, app, and website content are the property of 200med Health Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • 200med is not liable for the quality, safety, or efficacy of medicines dispensed by partner pharmacies, or for medical advice given by partner doctors โ€” these are the responsibility of the respective licensed professional/establishment.
  • 200med's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or consultation giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of our Grievance Officer are:

Grievance Officer: Vimal Kumar Meena
Email: vkvimal14@gmail.com

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt, as required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be notified via app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
