Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the 200med mobile application ("App") or website (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

200med is an open-concept, non-commercial experimental prototype and cybersecurity research project. It does not operate as a commercial business, company, healthcare marketplace, or medical facility, and does not conduct any commercial trade, sales, or transactions.

Non-Commercial Research & Architectural Demonstration: The project was created to demonstrate what is technically possible today using autonomous AI agents and modern web technologies, and to actively research real-world cybersecurity, data privacy (DPDP Act 2023), and application hardening challenges (e.g. database RLS, RPC security, scraper mitigation) in localized civic and healthcare interfaces.

Non-Operational Workflows: Any interface flows for medicine ordering, telemedicine consultations, or village listings represent architectural demonstrations and UX prototypes. 200med does not employ doctors, dispense medicines, or provide medical advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm the information you provide (name, contact details, medical/business license numbers, etc.) is accurate and current.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, including partners who cannot substantiate the license/registration documents they submit.

The medicine catalog and cart workflows in this prototype represent an architectural research model demonstrating how a compliant intermediary would operate under Indian pharmaceutical law:

• Architectural Model — Licensed Retail Pharmacy Fulfillment Only: In any production realization of this architecture, 200med operates strictly as a technology intermediary. All medicine listings, prices, invoicing, and dispensing must be performed solely by independent partner retail pharmacies holding valid retail drug licenses (Form 20 / Form 21 under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945). This prototype does not stock, sell, or dispense medications.
• Registered Pharmacist Supervision & Valid RMP Prescription: Schedule H, H1, and X prescription medicines require uploading a valid prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP). Under Section 42 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and Rule 65 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, a fulfilling pharmacy's Registered Pharmacist verifies the prescription before dispensing. Narcotic/psychotropic substances and Schedule X drugs are strictly excluded from online ordering.
• No Drug Advertising: In compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, 200med does not advertise prescription drugs or guarantee cures.
• Prices shown are reference Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) for demonstration purposes, modeling compliance with the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.

• Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (NMC / MoHFW) Architectural Alignment: Teleconsultation flows demonstrate compliance specifications where consultations are conducted exclusively by verified Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs). Under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020, artificial intelligence or machine-learning tools are strictly prohibited from counseling patients or prescribing medicines.
• ABDM / ABHA & Public Health Telemedicine Alignment: 200med demonstrates architecture aligned with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) standards and provides direct referral links to the Government of India's free national telemedicine service (eSanjeevani).
• Sarthi Health Guide (CDSCO Medical Devices Rules, 2017 — Non-SaMD Educational Tool & Synthetic AI Disclosure): The Platform provides Sarthi Health Guide, a rule-based educational health and pharmacopoeia reference lookup referencing publicly published literature (ICMR Standard Treatment Workflows, IPC National Formulary of India, and Ministry of AYUSH monographs). All AI-assisted or text-to-speech outputs are clearly labelled as Synthetic AI Content under the IT Rules (2026 Amendment). It is strictly an educational reference tool and NOT a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), diagnostic symptom-checker, clinical triage engine, or licensed medical practitioner. It does not diagnose, treat, counsel, or prescribe. Always consult a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) for medical advice, and call 112 / 108 immediately in any emergency.
• Not a substitute for emergency care: Call 112 or visit the nearest healthcare center immediately in any emergency.

• Test labs listed on the Platform are independently licensed diagnostic facilities.
• Sample collection, test processing, and report accuracy are the responsibility of the test lab you book with.
• Test reports are made available to you in the app and, where applicable, to the doctor or lab that requested/processed them.

• Delivery and first-aid ("Hero") partners are independent service providers, not employees of 200med.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on pharmacy processing time, distance, and local conditions.

You agree not to:

• Provide false medical information, prescriptions, or license/registration documents.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to obtain controlled substances without a valid prescription.
• Make any claims or market products/services guaranteeing a "100% cure" or "magical remedies" for diseases listed in the schedule of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with the Platform's normal operation (e.g., automated scraping, reverse engineering).

200med is an open concept, non-commercial prototype created for AI experimentation and cybersecurity research. Its security measures are also being tested for implementation.No copyright or proprietary monopoly is claimed. Anyone is free to replicate, adapt, study, or rebuild this architecture and interface using modern AI tools and software engineering practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• 200med is an experimental demonstration prototype provided strictly on an "as-is" basis for educational and research purposes.
• 200med is not liable for any third-party links, external content, or simulated interfaces.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Sovereign Hosting & National Geospatial Policy (NGP 2022): In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, finer-than-threshold geospatial data (<1 m horizontal, <3 m vertical) must be handled by Indian entities and stored exclusively within Indian territory. All database clusters (Supabase AWS Mumbai ap-south-1) and serverless compute / Edge functions (Vercel Mumbai bom1) are located strictly in Mumbai, India, maintaining zero data egress outside India (डेटा भारत से बाहर 0 बाइट). Reverse geocoding executes 100% on-device without contacting foreign geocoding servers.

Government Map Attribution & Non-Personal Boundary Layer: Cadastral/khasra maps referenced in civic prototypes originate from the State Revenue Department (Bhu-Naksha) and Survey of India public reference datasets. This platform asserts no proprietary copyright or intellectual property claims over official government maps. All spatial boundaries rendered on public layers represent non-personal geometric boundaries (Boundary-Only Geometry) and are strictly decoupled from individual identities, personal names, and khata records.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Maps and boundary visuals are indicative, academic reference representations and do NOT constitute legal, revenue, or certified boundaries. For official e-Signed certified copies, users must access official government portals (Apna Khata) or authorized e-Mitra kiosks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be notified via app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
