At 200med, our primary mission is to provide you with the healthcare essentials you need, exactly when you need them. We partner with hyper-local verified pharmacies to enable fast fulfillment. (Grocery delivery is coming soon.)

1. Delivery Timelines

Orders are picked up from the nearest verified 200med partner pharmacy and delivered to your doorstep as fast as possible. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — the actual time depends on your distance from the fulfilling pharmacy, pharmacy processing time (including prescription verification for Rx medicines), traffic, and weather. We will notify you promptly in the event of any unforeseen delays.

2. Delivery Coverage

200med currently operates within specific city zones. When you grant location access or search your address on the platform, we will automatically determine if your address falls within our active delivery radius. If you are outside our service area, the checkout will be restricted.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard Orders: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above a certain minimum cart value (as dynamically displayed in your cart during checkout).
• Small Orders: A nominal delivery fee may apply to orders falling below the minimum cart value. This fee is calculated at checkout before you place your order.
• Surge Pricing: During late-night hours or extreme weather events, a small surge fee might be added to fairly compensate our delivery executives. This will always be transparently communicated at checkout.

4. Delivery Protocol

• Cash on Delivery (COD): All our deliveries are Cash on Delivery. You can pay the delivery executive in cash or via UPI when the items are successfully handed over to you.
• Prescription Medicines: For Schedule H and H1 drugs, you must provide the original physical prescription to our delivery executive for verification at the time of delivery, even if you have uploaded a digital copy.
• Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a delivery fails due to unavailability, we may not be able to re-attempt delivery on the same day.
